Forget the stocking stuffers.....

We are not fooled. You made your A and B gift lists in July. You scoured many stores and shopping blogs. No last minute purchases at the tent outside of ARCO on Christmas Eve for you.

Just in case your careful gift giving curation is ah, not going as adult like as you want, here are a few wonderful (made in right here in these United States) Glass Gifts for the favorite people on your list.

P.S. we even have a special gift for your sports ball team fan ( we love our lawyers) in the card holder section.

White Studio Mix Votive Candle Holder - "JP Patches"
$59.99

Hand blown art glass votive candle holder.

Holds 1 tea light or 1 votive candle.  Candle holders are fairly thick and sturdy.  Approximate dimensions are 4 inches in diameter and 5 inches tall.  They weigh about 2.5 lbs

Each votive holder is unique in the way the colors blend together.  The art glass has a tendency to look completely different when rotated.  We try to maximize translucency when lit.  It take a vision, many hands,  two layers of molten glass, three layers of color and a 2000 degree furnace to make one glass votive.  Each votive is handmade and signed by the artist.  Since every one is a unique piece of art, each will shine with its own lively, signature glow when lit.

Dehanna strives for perfection, but small bubbles, color and size variations are all indicative of hand blown glass.

Soda lime glass is not dishwasher, oven or microwave safe.

Please clean with glass cleaner or warm soapy water.

If you like a votive, but prefer a different color mix take a look at the others available.  They come in 20 different variations.

Your First Time.......

Snap! The first of November is here. Put away the costumes, change the clocks and yes its time to think about Thanksgiving.

This year you are hosting for the first time. Pick you reason:

  • Career Relocation
  • New Marriage
  • New Condo
  • Lottery Winner
  • Your sister will not host this year ( we know you thought she was just joking)

So whatever you decide to prepare: Traditional Butterball Turkey, Roasted Leg of Lamb, or Chinese take-out your guests will be pleased. We know lots about brutally good glass and not so much about cooking a thanksgiving feast;  so we added a few helpful food links at the end of the page.

Now let's talk about the setting of your feast:  Even if you have a few unmatched chairs or a  collection of Hello Kitty napkin rings we suggest adding few seasonal votives or vases to delight your guests this year. Use for a center piece or light the room with half  dozen votives.
